The colors you captured are marvelous. The perspective is also wonderful. I like how the reddish orange on the bridge matches the color of the leaves behind it. The yellow tints on floor of the bridge make it also seem illuminated, as if it's beckoning the walker to come nearer.
Also, how can a bridge lead to nowhere (unless it's unfinished or broken)?

lol it goes to the other side of the water, but you can only walk down to the edge of the water(about 10 feet) and that's it. It's the woods.

When I read the title, the first thing that came to my mind was the story of the Banshee Train. There was a railway that broke over an endless chasm, and the train was headed towards it. Your photograph still has a look of mystery to it.
